The Parallel Limit in the Official Advertisement Legislation

Official Announcements and Advertisements Regulation Art. 80/2 sets a similar upper limit: no official advertisement is published in newspapers and magazines whose publication interval is longer than 3 months. We covered the detail in how many issues are required for official advertisements.

The Regular Publication Requirement — Art. 4/g

In fortnightly periodicals, force majeure aside, publication must not be interrupted for more than three issues within one year; and in monthly, bimonthly and quarterly periodicals for more than one issue.

The quota is +7 employees for newspapers of 1.60 m² and above; and for magazines +15 for 120+ pages, +9 for 80–119 and +2 for 50–79. Applications are not accepted from newspapers with intervals of more than 15 days or from magazines with intervals of more than 3 months.
