Managed, or Managed by You?
On a managed server, operating system updates, security patches, backups and monitoring are handled by KEYDAL; you deal only with publishing. If you prefer to manage it yourself, root access stays with you and you decide on the software stack and configuration; infrastructure, disks and network are the same in both options.
When choosing the right size, daily unique visitors, the number of editors publishing at the same time and the image/video load are what matter. Buying a server that is bigger than needed is a common mistake for a news site; share your traffic with us and we will work out the right plan together, and you can move up a plan as you grow.
