Frequently Asked Questions
Which encoder can I stream with?
Any software or hardware that supports RTMP works: OBS Studio, vMix, Wirecast, Streamlabs, Teradek and the like. We send the server address and stream key when the account is opened.
What is the stream latency?

What happens if I run out of bandwidth?
The stream is not cut. When you go over, you are notified and an add-on package is set up with your approval; if you do not approve, you continue on your current quota until it resets in the next billing period.
Can I download my archived videos?
Yes. Every recording in the archive can be downloaded from the panel at original quality, or pulled in bulk over FTP.
