About your licence
Perpetual licence
The software fee is one-off and the licence is perpetual. Only technical support and update rights are time-limited.
Domain change
The licence is registered to a single domain. To move it, write to support — we transfer it free of charge.
Frequently Asked Questions
If my support expires, does my site go down?
No. Because the licence is perpetual, the software keeps running. You simply stop receiving new version updates and technical support. Both resume the moment you renew.
Can I move my licence to another domain?
Yes. Changing the domain is free; simply tell the support team the new one. Running it on more than one domain at the same time requires an additional licence.
Does the staging environment need its own licence?
No. Your main licence

From the email address registered in the system to the support team write to us; after identity verification we will resend your key.
