The Regulatory Line Is Drawn Openly
Every solution page carries a table showing which duties the infrastructure covers and which stay with the organisation. There is no such thing as software that is “fully compliant” on your behalf.
Software does not comply. Organisations do. Software can publish a masthead page, retain an archive and keep a broadcast recording. It cannot file a periodical declaration, staff an editorial payroll or satisfy press card conditions. These pages keep the two apart.
