Kapsam

The policy covers users who visit our website, people who request a service, our customers and our customers’ panel users. In respect of data our customers collect on their own websites, the customer concerned is the data controller; KEYDAL acts as data processor for that data.

Data We Collect

  • Identity and contact data: full name, organisation name, email address, phone number.
  • Customer transaction data: request content, contract details, invoice and payment records.
  • Transaction security data: IP address, session records, browser and device information, access logs.
  • Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referring address.

We do not request or process special categories of personal data.

Why We Process Data

  • To provide the service you request and to form and perform the contract,
  • Providing technical support and managing fault records,
  • Fulfilling billing and accounting obligations,
  • Ensuring system security and detecting abuse and attacks,
  • To fulfil our legal obligations.

Cookies

There are two kinds of cookies on this site. Strictly necessary cookies are required to keep your session alive and are not subject to consent; if they are blocked, the panel session cannot be opened. Measurement cookies are used to see which advertisement and which source brought a visitor to the site.

Ziyaretçi sayısını kendi sunucumuzda çalışan Umami adlı açık kaynaklı sayaçla ölçüyoruz. Umami tarayıcınıza çerez yazmaz, IP adresinizi saklamaz ve sizi siteler arasında takip etmez; yalnızca hangi sayfanın kaç kez görüntülendiğini, ziyaretin hangi adresten geldiğini ve tarayıcı/ülke gibi genel bilgileri tutar. Ölçüm tarafında iki etiket kullanıyoruz: Google Ads dönüşüm ölçümü ve yeniden pazarlama etiketi ile OpenAI Ads ölçüm pikseli. Her ikisi de siz izin vermediğiniz sürece hiç yüklenmez: siteye ilk girişinizde çıkan çerez bandında “Kabul et” demediğiniz takdirde tarayıcınıza ölçüm çerezi yazılmaz, Google’a ve OpenAI’a herhangi bir istek gönderilmez. İzin verirseniz, reklam tıklamasıyla site ziyaretinizi eşleştiren tanımlayıcılar ile ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfa adresi Google Ireland Limited ve OpenAI ile paylaşılır. OpenAI tarafında ölçülen olaylar; sayfa görüntüleme, iletişim formu gönderimi ve demo talebidir.

Third-Party Services

To be able to provide the service we rely on a small number of providers: data centre and server providers, e-mail delivery infrastructure, payment institutions and an advertising measurement provider (Google Ads). A data processing agreement is signed with these providers and only the data the service requires is shared.

Retention Periods

  • Contract and invoice records: 10 years under applicable law.
  • Support correspondence: 3 years after the service relationship ends.
  • Access logs: 30 days (longer where a security investigation is required).
  • Contact form records: 2 years.

Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with the service providers listed above, in response to lawful requests from authorised public bodies, and within the framework of our legal obligations.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Access to servers is restricted by two-factor authentication, backups are held in a separate location and access logs are kept. Even so, we remind you that absolute security cannot be guaranteed for any transmission over the internet.

Your rights

Changes

This policy is updated as needed. For significant changes we notify our registered customers by email; the update date at the top of the page is refreshed with every change.
