The Turkish Radio and Television Corporation is the second organisation with a provision of its own in the Press Card Regulation.

The Limit Added in 2024 — Art. 25/2
That paragraph limits the broad sub-paragraph (ç) to the news field and brings TRT closer to the regime of Anadolu Agency (Art. 23/2) and of radio and television organisations (Art. 26/2-f).

The titles that may obtain a press card at TRT are listed in four sub-paragraphs in Art. 25/1: the board of directors, senior management, middle management, and the personnel charged with production and broadcasting within the scope of Law No. 2954 and Art. 548 of Presidential Decree No. 4. Under Art. 25/2, added in 2024, no press card is given to those who do not work in the news field. The provision contains no quota rule.
