An additional indicator at the rate of 1/3 is applied to national newspapers that, through undertakings having every facility similar to their equivalents in terms of workers, vehicles and technical equipment and physical conditions capable of carrying out the distribution of periodicals, offer for distribution same-day the whole of the daily minimum actual sales number in at least 70% of the country, in at least one province in each geographical region together with the place of publication, carry out its sale at the final-point dealers attached to those undertakings and, where requested, document that matter.

The Conditions for an Additional Indicator - Art. 47
As with all the additional indicators, three common conditions are required here too:
- To have published official announcements for at least 6 months
- To fulfil the additional indicator condition for at least 1 month backwards
- To notify the request to the Agency in signed form, expressly stating the article in which the provision that is the subject of the application is governed in the Regulation
Art. 47/2: the date on which the benefit of the additional indicator begins is, where it is established by the Agency that the conditions have been fulfilled, the date the request reached the records of the Agency.
