What Is the Announcement Portal? - Art. 4/j
The announcement portal: the website on which announcement and advertisement publication services are provided, consisting of the domain name "ilan.gov.tr" belonging to the Press Advertisement Agency and of the subdomains attached to it.
Private Announcements and Advertisements Are Free - Art. 7/2
The Agency accepts private announcements and advertisements. The publication of private announcements and advertisements, having them published and acting as intermediary in them are free within the framework of the provisions of Law No. 195 and of this Regulation.
ILANBIS - Art. 4/i
ILANBIS (the Announcement Information System): the system in which official announcements and advertisements are taken from advertisers electronically, distributed to periodicals, and the procedures relating to the qualities and duties imposed on periodicals by the General Assembly are carried out.
