Can we install the software on our own server?
On the Enterprise plan, yes. On the other plans the software runs managed on KEYDAL infrastructure, with updates, backups and security handled by us.
How fast is search across an archive of hundreds of thousands of stories?
Search runs on Elasticsearch 8 with Turkish language analysis; on archives of that size results come back in milliseconds.
Does the site slow down on big news days?
Cloud server resources can be raised on the spot, and full-page caching runs through Redis and LiteSpeed Cache. If you are expecting a spike, tell us in advance and we will set the capacity aside beforehand.
Can we pull agency feeds automatically?
The software supports a REST API and webhooks, and that is the interface used to connect agency feeds. We configure which agency connects how during setup.
Does the software process takedown requests automatically?
No. The software lets you pull content quickly and records the action; assessing the request in law and replying to it is the organisation’s job. A system that promises automatic takedowns will make you delete content you did not need to.
