Sub-paragraph 23/1-f lists chief reporter, chief photojournalist, chief cameraman, chief graphic artist, chief editing operator and chief broadcaster together. At the agency the titles have four grades — chief / senior / plain / assistant — and no press card is given to those who do not work in the news field.
