The Advertisement-Only Right - Art. 10/1
Periodicals requesting to publish official advertisements only acquire that right where they fulfil their qualities and duties completely and on time in accordance with the procedures and principles determined in this Regulation. As regards the right to publish official advertisements, periodicals are subject to the provisions in the fifth part.

Official advertisements are given to the publications issued specially for the Ramadan and Sacrifice holidays by the journalists' professional organisations having the most press card holding members in the province where they are located and by their umbrella organisations.

What Applies to Magazines?

The Difference in Distribution for Official Advertisements
Art. 6/3: official advertisements are published through the Agency in the periodicals holding the right to publish official advertisements, in line with the preference of the advertisers.
