Publication of the List - Art. 8/1
On the last working day of each month the Agency announces, through the websites belonging to it, the list containing the names of the periodicals to which official announcements and advertisements may be given in the following month, together with the other information considered necessary.

What Is Shown in the List? - Art. 8/2
The following information is given in the list:
- The acquisition of the right to publish official announcements
- Its suspension
- The re-acquisition of that right
- The termination of the right to publish official announcements and advertisements
- Information such as a change of name or domain name

Why Does It Matter?
- For the institution giving the announcement: it shows to which publication an announcement may be given.
- For the publisher: it is where they officially learn that their right has been acquired, suspended or ended.
- For competitors and the public: it shows the holders of the right in a place of publication and therefore the sharing of the quota.
Its Relationship with the Quota
The monthly quota is calculated according to the indicators of the holders of the right in a place of publication. As the number of publications in the list changes, the quota changes too. We cover the detail in the quota guide and the coefficient guide.
Announcement on a Change of Name
Art. 26/5: newspapers and internet news sites may use their new names or domain names on condition that they notify them to the Agency at least 3 working days in advance from the date the decision of the Board of Directors relating to the change reaches them; those changes are announced to the public in a visible area before they are made.
