In broadcasting organisations the chair of the board of directors takes the place of the holder of the concession. The legislation establishes that difference expressly.

Conclusion

At radio and television organisations only the chair of the board of directors (Art. 26/1-a), and at Anadolu Agency and TRT the chair and members of the board (Arts. 23/1-a, 25/1-a), may obtain a press card. The chair is outside the employee quota: no limitation for national broadcasts, +19 employees for regional televisions, +10 for local televisions, +7 for regional radios and +2 for local radios.
