Conclusion
At radio and television organisations only the chair of the board of directors (Art. 26/1-a), and at Anadolu Agency and TRT the chair and members of the board (Arts. 23/1-a, 25/1-a), may obtain a press card. The chair is outside the employee quota: no limitation for national broadcasts, +19 employees for regional televisions, +10 for local televisions, +7 for regional radios and +2 for local radios.
