The 2024 Amendment — Article 24
Article 24 was amended by Article 4 of Presidential Decision No. 8624 published in the Official Gazette of 6/6/2024, No. 32568: the phrases “In newspapers published at fortnightly intervals and magazines published at intervals of more than 15 days” in the first and second paragraphs of the provision were changed to “At news and photo agencies”.

News and photo agencies: private or semi-official organisations that carry out the gathering of news, photographs and footage in order to deliver the events occurring around the world and the country to their customers, primarily other media organisations, and that meet their costs by selling news, photographs and footage to their subscribers.
