For local radio the quota is two employees; the board chair counts on top.
The Radio and Television Quota Table
Art. 26/2 of the Press Card Regulation sets these tiers:

What Does "Local Broadcasting" Mean?
Art. 4 of the Regulation defines it: a local radio and television broadcast is a broadcast service delivered terrestrially within the borders of at most one province.
The same article defines regional broadcasting: a broadcast service delivered to at least seventy per cent of the total population of the provinces within one geographical region and to the provinces determined within that region by the Radio and Television Supreme Council.
The Conditions Required of the Outlet

Which Titles?
Art. 26/1 enumerates the titles for radio and television. Presidential Decision No. 8624 of 6/6/2024 changed the words "private radio" in the article to "Radio" and added the title of photographer to the list.

- Editor-in-chief / coordinator / director, or broadcast editor
- News coordinator; regional and/or provincial correspondent; responsible editor
- News director, editor, sub-editor or chief - provided they work in the listed news fields
