The regional representative and the provincial representative are the titles that run the organisation of a publication outside the centre, and in the legislation are generally listed together in a single sub-paragraph.

Conclusion
The regional and provincial representative is among the titles that may obtain a press card at daily and weekly political newspapers, news and photo agencies (with the qualification “concerned with the news”), radio and television (with the formulation “and/or”) and internet news sites. It does not appear in the lists for non-political publications and fortnightly publications; at Anadolu Agency the counterparts are regional managers and regional news managers.
