Article 29 - The place of management of a periodical is deemed, for the purposes of notification, the place of residence of the owner of the publication and of their representative and, while their duty continues, of the responsible editor.

Where Is the Place of Management Shown?
Art. 4/2: in every periodical, other than news agency publications, the place of management, the names of the owner, of their representative where there is one and of the responsible editor, and the type of publication are also shown.
Art. 7/2: the declaration shows the place of management, the names and addresses of those concerned, the type of publication and the electronic notification address.
Additional Information for Internet News Sites - Art. 4/3

- The business address at which they operate
- The commercial title
- The electronic mail address
- The contact telephone
- The electronic notification address
- The name and address of their hosting provider
That information is kept available in their own internet environment, under a contact heading and in such a way that users can reach it directly from the home page.

Where the matters provided to be shown under Article 4 in printed works and in internet news sites are not shown or are shown contrary to the truth, the responsible editor and the authority to whom they are attached in periodicals, and the publisher and the printer who does not show or wrongly shows their name and address in non-periodicals, are punished by a heavy fine.
