The photographer is the last sub-paragraph of the list. The list in full: the chair of the board of directors; the director general or general coordinator; the chair of the broadcast review board; the editor-in-chief or general publication coordinator or general publication manager or publication director; the news coordinator; the regional and/or provincial representative; the responsible manager; the news manager/editor/sub-editor/chief in the 17 fields; the producer; the director; the intelligence and news section chief; the news anchor; the moderator; the news cameraman; the cameraman; the reporter; the representative reporter; the news or sports commentator; the editing operator; the viewer representative; the sign language interpreter; the photographer.

The Condition of Working in the News Field — Art. 26/2-f
That condition also applies to the photographer: a photographer working in the non-news operations of a broadcasting organisation cannot obtain a card under that sub-paragraph.
Conclusion
The title of photographer was added as sub-paragraph (s) to the radio and television list of the Press Card Regulation by Article 6 of Presidential Decision No. 8624 published in the Official Gazette of 6/6/2024, No. 32568.
