The decision-making and executive structure of the Press Advertisement Agency consists of five organs. The powers of each are defined in a separate provision.
The Organisation — Art. 4
The organisation of the Agency consists of: a) the General Assembly, b) the auditors, c) the Board of Directors, ç) the Directorate General, d) the branches.

The Auditors — Art. 9
The Agency is audited by three auditors to be elected by the General Assembly from among its own members. Each of the auditors must be one of the representatives written in sub-paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of Article 5.

The Directorate General — Art. 12
The Directorate General consists of the Director General together with as many officials and employees as necessary.

The Branches — Art. 13
The branches are the local organisations of the Directorate General. They perform their duties within the framework of the instructions of the Directorate General. We covered the detail in the branches of the Agency and their areas of authority.
Administrative Expenses — Art. 28
The amount of the fees to be given to the members of the General Assembly and of the Board of Directors and to the Director General, the officials and the employees, and of the other administrative expenses, is determined by the General Assembly on the proposal of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors is empowered to spend the administrative expenses. However, the Director General is also authorised to spend the fees and certain other administrative expenses to be determined by the Board of Directors.
Publication of the Accounts — Art. 26
The year-end results of the accounts of the Agency, its allocation balance sheets and its profit and loss account are published in the Official Gazette and in other newspapers within two months at the latest of the end of the business year.
Conduct of Transactions — Art. 27
Which books the Agency is to keep after having them certified by a notary, the accounting method to be applied and the manner of conducting transactions are shown in the regulation to be made under Article 53.
The Financial Year — Art. 19
The financial year of the Agency is the period running from the first of January to the 31st of December.
Service of Notice — Art. 51
Service of notice by the Press Advertisement Agency is subject to the provisions of the Service of Notices Law No. 7201.
