The headquarters of the Agency is İstanbul. A branch is opened in Ankara, İstanbul and İzmir and in the other places where it is considered necessary.
The Legal Nature of the Branches — Art. 13
The branches are the local organisations of the Directorate General. They perform their duties within the framework of the instructions of the Directorate General.
The Decision to Open a New Branch — Art. 8/3
Among the duties of the General Assembly: to decide on the opening of branches in other cities that have acquired importance for the press in terms of quantity and quality, like those in Ankara, İstanbul and İzmir.
The Publication of Official Announcements — Art. 31
Official announcements are published through the branches of the Press Advertisement Agency within the municipal boundaries of the places where such branches exist.
In places where the Agency has no branch, the governorships act as intermediaries in the publication of official announcements.

The same provision continues: periodicals publish the official announcements they receive in time. They may not refuse to accept those announcements without justified cause. The provision of Article 37 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6762 is reserved.
The Branch Condition for Private Announcements — Art. 42
(Amended: 14/6/1984-3022/1) — The announcements and advertisements that the offices and bodies referred to in sub-paragraph (b) of Article 29, and the other institutions established by law or by Presidential Decree, or their affiliates, will give to newspapers and magazines published in places where the Agency has a branch may only be published through the Press Advertisement Agency.
Deliveries Made to the Branches — Art. 47
Newspapers and magazines published in places where the Agency has a branch deliver two copies each of the issues containing the announcement or advertisement, on the day the announcement or advertisement is published, against a receipt, to the branch in that place, to be sent to the Directorate General of the Agency.
Newspapers and magazines published in places where the Agency has no branch likewise deliver two copies each of the issues containing the announcement or advertisement to the local governorship, to be sent to the Directorate General of the Agency.
The Branch Distinction in the Payroll Records — Art. 48
Brokers and newspapers deliver their annual payroll records to the branch of the Agency in that place; in places where there is no branch they give them to the governorship, and the governorships send them to the Directorate General. The Branch in Service by Publication — Art. 33
Where the newspaper in which service by publication is to be published is not one of the newspapers whose qualities have been determined, the authority issuing the notice is obliged to inform the Agency or the governorship, together with the announcement, of the particular reason requiring this.
