The short answer: no. The Law establishes that prohibition in the broadest terms and does not confine itself to listing media.
The Text of the Prohibition - Art. 4/4-d
May not be advertised in newspapers, magazines, wall and hand bills, by radio and television or by other means, and no advertising or propaganda may be made for their sale.

Two Separate Acts
The paragraph prohibits two acts separately:
- May not be advertised - announcing the existence of the work.
- No advertising or propaganda may be made for its sale - promotion directed at sale.
Who Is Responsible?
Art. 7/b: those who, contrary to the fourth paragraph, sell, display, transport, accept orders for, advertise, show, give and bring into schools stamped or unstamped printed works that are subject to a limitation, in the ways stated in the subparagraphs of the paragraph, are punished.
What Is Permitted?
The Law permits the existence of the work to be announced in one place only: on the envelope. Under Art. 4/5 the name of the work and the phrase "Harmful to minors" may appear on the envelope or bag; nothing else, no writing or picture, may be placed on it.

The Same Regime for the Voluntary Stamp
Art. 4, final paragraph: the provisions of the relevant paragraphs of this article also apply to owners of works who, without a Board decision, apply the stamp of their own accord and offer the work for sale in an envelope. So the voluntary stamp brings the advertising ban with it.

The Counterpart on the Broadcasting Side
The protection of children in radio and television broadcasts is subject to the regime of Law No. 6112. Art. 8/2: programmes containing content that may harm the physical, mental or moral development of children and young people may not be broadcast at times when they may watch, even if a protective symbol is used.

The prohibition makes the advertiser responsible whether the work is stamped or unstamped. The name of the work may appear only on the envelope or bag.
