SEOTesti
SEOTesti: the free SEO testing tool we are building to analyse websites; currently under development.
SEO Testi is a comprehensive tool we are building to analyze websites for search engine optimization (SEO). It is currently in development at seotesti.com and seotesti.com.tr.
How to read the report
The report opens with the site's overall score, followed by findings grouped under speed, technical, content and mobile. Each finding lists the affected URLs and the evidence, so what to fix on which page is not left to guesswork. Passed checks are listed too, because knowing what is already fine also helps decisions. Items that need manual verification and items that depend on external data such as Search Console are marked separately; the tool does not score what it cannot know. The whole report is read on a single page; findings are ordered by category, severity and the number of affected pages.
Why under KEYDAL?
KEYDAL provides software and infrastructure for news sites, so we know the technical SEO problems these sites run into most often. SEOTesti is an effort to turn that experience into a tool anyone can use, without being tied to a single site. We run the same engine on our own sites; some of the fixes on keydal.tr came directly out of its reports. The basic scan will stay free; verifying site ownership will be enough to run the 500-page deep scan.
SEOTesti is a tool that actually crawls a website when you enter its address and explains its technical SEO status in a plain-language report. The scan runs more than 800 automated checks covering crawlability, indexability, Lighthouse speed measurements, mobile compatibility, title and description tags, structured data, internal and external links, security headers and accessibility. For every finding it states what the problem is, why it matters and how to fix it, and desktop and mobile screenshots are attached to the report.
We are designing the tool for anyone who runs their own site, news publishers first of all: a report that can be read without technical knowledge, avoids exaggeration and shows its evidence. A deep scan of up to 500 pages is planned for sites whose ownership has been verified. SEOTesti is under development; we will announce the launch on this page.
