Okul Yazılımı

Okul Yazılımı is being developed under KEYDAL as comprehensive school management software that aims to bring a school’s student, teacher, parent and administrative processes into a single panel. Modules such as a teacher panel, registry and document management, student affairs and smart board tracking are planned.

For teachers

A teacher panel brings grade entry, attendance, lessons and homework tracking into one screen; the aim is to cut administrative load and free up teaching time.

Registry

A registry module is targeted to digitize official correspondence, incoming and outgoing documents, petitions and archive processes.

Student affairs

A student information system that manages enrollment, transfer, files and document processes; everything about a student is kept in one place.

Smart board tracking

A tracking module is planned to monitor the use of classroom smart boards and lesson content.

Parent communication

A notification and portal layer is targeted where parents reach grades, attendance and announcements.

Status

In development; we are building it. Pre-registration and a detailed overview will be shared here as launch approaches.

The goal is to move a school’s daily operations out of paper and scattered spreadsheets into one system: a student information system, grades and attendance, timetables, parent notifications, official correspondence and document tracking, and smart board and content tracking. The software is in development; the module scope and pricing will be shared as launch approaches. We are studying the strengths of current market solutions to offer a simpler, more integrated experience.
