About billing
Do the prices include VAT?
Both figures are shown for the news software: monthly ₺5.000 + VAT, and what you pay is ₺6.000. Hosting and server prices are shown excluding VAT. The current VAT rate appears separately on the invoice; corporate customers are issued an e-invoice.
Is there a commitment or contract term?
No. There is a single plan billed monthly; you can leave in any month. No exit fee is charged and you can export your data.
Are there extra costs?
Not in standard use. There is no fixed cost beyond the monthly total above. Work that is not on the list above, such as a design built around your corporate identity, is quoted in advance; nothing proceeds without your approval.
What is the refund policy?
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, everything you have paid is refunded in full. You can export your data in any format you like and leave.
