In Radio and Television
Art. 26/1-ç: the editor-in-chief or the general publication coordinator or the general publication manager or the publication director.
The same provision also lists Art. 26/1-b: the director general or the general coordinator, and Art. 26/1-d: the news coordinator. So the radio-TV list contains all three coordinators.
At Internet News Sites
Art. 27/1-b: the editor-in-chief or the general publication coordinator or the internet publication manager or the internet publication director.
The Condition of Working in the News Field
In radio and television, Art. 26/2-f: no press card is given to those who do not work in the news field, even if they work in the titles listed above. We covered the detail in what working in the news field means.
The Quota
The general publication coordinator is also within the quota determined according to the type and size of the publication. For example, at televisions broadcasting locally a press card is given to the chair of the board of directors and to ten employees (Art. 26/2-c). We covered the detail in the title list at radio and television.
Conclusion
The general publication coordinator is an alternative senior publication title listed in the same sub-paragraph as the editor-in-chief, the general publication manager and the publication director. It does not appear in the lists for fortnightly and less frequent publications, Anadolu Agency or TRT. It is governed in sub-paragraphs separate from the general coordinator (administration) and the news coordinator (news).
