The Period and the Authority — Art. 115/1

A newspaper or internet news site to which a decision of the Directorate General has been notified may object to the Board of Directors within 10 working days. In calculating the period, the date on which the letter of objection reaches the records of the Agency is taken as the basis.

When the Period Starts — Art. 115/5

The periods in this provision start from the first working day following the day on which the decision was notified.

If the Objection Is Upheld — Art. 115/2

If the Board of Directors finds the objection justified, the file is sent to the Directorate General for the necessary action.

When Does a Decision Become Final? — Art. 115/3

Where no objection is made to a decision of the Directorate General, or no objection is made in time, or the objection is ultimately not upheld by the Board of Directors, the decision becomes final.

A Separate Letter for Each Decision — Art. 115/4

Newspapers or internet news sites must submit their objections concerning decisions taken in respect of them to the Agency by separate letters for each decision of the Directorate General.
